The company’s history began when Osvaldas Vaivada was teaching programming to students. The graduates had very little internships to go to. The idea was to create a company and create jobs and opportunities for people/students. The first project was a barter exchange with the owner of the premises where we settled. We continued to do projects that life sent us, when one day one of our clients offered to help us start a company.
We invested in training and employing 10 people and started doing projects on a larger scale. We learned and did at the same time.
Today, most people have grown up and left to pursue their IT careers, but so have we.
Therefore, we strongly believe that given a chance, a person can create miracles.
We see this from our real life experience and example.
